Business Description
We are located in east Boca Raton, south Florida and serving the Boynton Beach, Delray and Deerfield Beach area. Our purpose is to promote martial arts (Kung Fu, Tai chi and Self-Defense). These martial arts with the proper foundation are a great tool to improve physical health, achieve mental balance and develop self-defense skills. Martial arts are not only about knowing how to punch, kick and grapple, they are also about helping you to achieve discipline and a balanced mind, which, in turn, can help maintain and improve health. The idea is not to destroy your body or stress your mind to acquire fighting skills or a false sense of confidence, but, to cultivate your health (mind and body) trough the proper practice of these martial skills. The integration of these martial arts in your life can keep you supple/sprightly and healthy well into your ‘90s!
Our school is located in east Boca Raton (behind Office Depot on Glades Road). We also currently provides Tai Chi and meditation classes at the Boca Raton Community Hospital, Davis Therapy Center, Lynn Cancer Institute, Challenges (a drug rehabilitation center) , and many retirement communities around South Florida.
